Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility: Customers may return or exchange products that were purchased on our website within 7 days of the original purchase date. Products must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

Procedure: To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at helpbgbgift@gmail.com. Customers will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, we will process the exchange and ship the new product at the customer’s expense.

Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page or at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost to the customer.
